At Inkkas, we want you to love your handcrafted footwear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Whether the fit isn't perfect or you've changed your mind, our goal is to ensure you find the perfect pair for your journey.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the unworn shoes in their original box, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
